First of all, let me make clear that I’m writing are only impressions I had. No need to take it seriously or think bad what I’ll write. Much less take as absolute truth. Everyone knows that ship between the team never will be canon.

What’s talking here is my poor shipper heart. I loved “The Good Earth”. my otp working together all the time… this was beautiful. But, what I found interesting was this: Henry’s costume. His favorite profiler. Spencer Reid.

I mean, at the beginning of the episode, JJ says she was talking to William about the cases that they work and that sometimes she thinks that monsters will never end. And that Henry overheard the conversation. And at the end she says that the solution to the Henry ask Trick or Treat on Halloween, it was dress up and go find out which monsters were real and which were not. and then Henry appears dress like your favorite Profiler: Reid.

And I think: why he’s not dressed like William? It would be a natural choice, since William is his father. It’s policeman. William also fight monsters that are loose around. Like Jack did, dressed like his hero: Hotch.

But no. Henry chose his godfather. Your favorite profiler. And I interpreted it as him saying: You are my hero! And that was the most beautiful thing of all time. Since season 4 when JJ asks Reid if he wants to be Henry’s godfather. And my shipper side just jump and sayid: YOU ALL COULD TO BE THE MOST HAPPY FAMILY IN THIS SHOW. And then I cried because they’re not. Not the way I wanted. And all my disgust for this serie returned. 

But I was glad they put these beautiful moments between them.
