Pretty sure. A bunch of tweets have just popped up saying she and Robert are on set right now at the pawnshop. Height wise that sure looks like her and that looks like Belle’s wig. That was probably the only outfit Belle could find real quick, I guess.
Just look for the hair. This is not Emma’s hair, no way. Even with the low quality image, we see that the hair is not blonde. BTW, RUMBELLE AAAAAAAAAH I CAN’T BREATH
