I see it now. You are right. LOOOK at how unsure he is. That is NOT a happy Spencer. Stupid JJ doesn’t even notice yet!

Exactly! If he didn’t felt anything for her, he should be happy! But he was not. He made expressions of who was not comfortable with the situation. He was not happy. He was not happy about having to go without her. He was not happy to let JJ go with William and he can not stay with her. That’s how I see this scene.
